1- upload the zip file into whmcs root folder
2- un zip the file
3- active the module from  Configuration () > System Settings > Payment Gateways or, prior to WHMCS 8.0, Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways.
4- Fill in the fields with your data
5- after active it you can change the Display Name from  "Manage Existing Gateways"
